We've recently finished a site for the City of Paducah's Fountain Avenue Project. After the resounding success of the Artist Relocation Program, the city is at it again; This time developing an area spanning over 20 blocks of midtown Paducah. The site has over 50 homes and lots available, and is expanding rapidly.
